Smoking Cessation Programme
Reclaim Your Power programme consists of approximately 3 sessions (depending on your needs). Many times habits are form as coping mechanisms that are used to help deal with underlying emotions which get buried as smoking delivers nicotene to the brain and bloodstream thus increasing levels of Dopamine and Nor-epinephrine helping you to feel happy and content in the moment.
Motivation is the first step towards change, working with underlying reasons for the behaviours while recieving continued ongoing help and support together with tools and techniques to help you heal, adapt and overcome.
